Role Overview

• Manage litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other case-related legal documents
• Conduct legal research and develop strategies to support favorable case outcomes
• Take and defend depositions and assist with witness and expert preparation
• Participate in mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trial-related proceedings
• Partner closely with clients, carriers, opposing counsel, experts, and internal teams to drive case strategy and resolution
